In China people drink green tea and other teas without decanting. This is one way to enjoy
tea with your personal tea cup and filter.

Simpy take off the lid and add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves to filter and pour water. Water can
be added several times without replacing tea leaves. You may also decant into a tea cup or mug.

Unique Southern California BBQ Sauce

If you have shopped at Lazy Acres in Santa Barbara you may have run across this barbeque marinade. Ken, a customer of mine for quite sometime blended this recipe for Tri-tips. The blend is a teriyaki style of soy sauce, honey and selected herbs and spices. Since I have been enjoying this unique Southern California sauce I wanted to now share it with my customers. It can be used with other cuts of beef, other meats, stir fry and jerky.

Loved it with tri-tip. The leftovers made awesome sandwiches the next day. Can’t wait to try it with chicken. The bottle is nicely packaged, making it a great hostess gift (for those tired of bringing the usual wine or flowers) or a nice addition to a gift basket full of special spices or grilling gear.
